These components covered under the warranty, frame, handlebar, forks, lights, brakes, throttle, controller, LCD display, kickstand, motor, saddle, wiring harness, rims, hardware, battery, controller and tank. Paint finish and all other original components, and all Huck supplied replacement parts, and accessories, are warranted to be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of one year from the original date of purchase. This warranty applies only to bikes purchased new from, and assembled by, a Huck or a Huck Dealer.

Unless otherwise provided, the sole remedy under the above warranty, or any implied warranty, is limited to the replacement of defective parts with those of equal or greater value at the sole discretion of Huck. Unless within the free 14-day replacement period, you will be responsible for labor costs associated with warranty replacements.

IN NO EVENT SHALL HUCK BE RESPONSIBLE FOR DIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR PERSONAL INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR ECONOMIC LOSSES, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, WARRANTY, NEGLIGENCE, PRODUCT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER THEORY.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

Not Covered by the Warranty:

THE ABOVE WARRANTY, OR ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY, DOES NOT COVER NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR. ALL WARRANTIES ARE VOID IF THE BIKE IS MODIFIED FROM ITS ORIGINAL CONDITION OR IS USED FOR OTHER THAN NORMAL ACTIVITIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, FAILING TO FOLLOW THE OWNER'S MANUAL OR USING THE BICYCLE FOR COMMERCIAL ACTIVITIES OR IN COMPETITIVE EVENTS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO RACING, MOTOCROSS RACING, STUNT RIDING, RAMP JUMPING OR SIMILAR ACTIVITIES, AND TRAINING FOR SUCH ACTIVITIES OR EVENTS. HUCK MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THAT OF THE EXPRESS WARRANTIES STATED ABOVE. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

The warranty applies only to the original owner of the bicycle.

Battery Warranty:

Batteries are warranted for a 1 year period from the date of original purchase. Warranty doesn’t include damage from power surges, improper maintenance, improper use of charger, water damage or other such misuse, including normal wear.  

Submission for Warranty Replacements:

Huck will review all warranty requests after a photo and/or video has been submitted by the original owner. If a third party replaces a part or services the bike we will not pay for the costs unless previously discussed in writing.

Your Huck warranty is not transferable in any way. We will not offer warranty service to anyone other than the original buyer. Any parts damaged by the user are not covered by the warranty.

Any alteration of the bikes components will void your warranty.

Shipping:

Inspect your Huck Cycles shipment immediately for any damage. Inspect your bike before the driver takes leaves and file a claim immediately with the driver. Do not sign-off on the delivery unless you are positive no damage has occurred. This will help with shipping damage claims and speed up the process. Take photos and video of any damage, and date the images if possible. Keep all packaging and paperwork until the inspection has been completed. All damage reports must be submitted within 3 days of delivery to Huck Cycles customer service representatives. Contact huckfinn@huckcycles.com for return or replacement instructions.

Warranty Period:

• New Bike Guarantee - we offer full replacement of defective parts with free shipping in the US within the first 14 days of your bike delivery. After 14 days the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

• For all PRODUCTS, this warranty expires 1-year from the date the PRODUCTS were delivered to the BUYER unless excluded from warranty or otherwise voided from coverage under warranty.

• Mechanical components are covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

• Frames are covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects only.

• Battery packs are covered for a period of 1-year on manufacturer defects only.

• Other electronic components are covered for a period of 1-year on manufacturer defects only.
